Session Advisory $200 / 2 hours: One hard decision, answered. Business, product, or technical.
Monthly Advisory $1,500 / month: Ongoing advice on growth, pricing, hiring, and tech. Catch costly mistakes early. 10 sessions a month, each with clear actions to take.
Fractional CTO $3,500 / month: I take over the technical side. Architecture, roadmap, and hiring. Opens October 2026.

What I have built

Veth.io: AI workflow automation, run under Axelle Tech Ltd. We add AI to the tools a company already uses, so the team does not have to learn a new one.
Lokalia: An AI menu platform for restaurants. It shows each guest a menu suited to them, translates it into more than 150 languages, and tells the restaurant what is selling.

I have also had startups that failed. That is part of why the advice is useful. I have seen what goes wrong, not only what works.
